Class A CDL Driver
The Class A CDL Driver is responsible for the safe, legal, and efficient transportation of freight while maintaining compliance with all applicable FMCSA regulations, company policies, and customer service standards. Drivers represent Harbinger Freight Services on the road and play a key role in ensuring safe operations, on-time delivery, cargo security, and customer satisfaction.
Non-CDL Driver
The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for the safe, legal, and efficient transportation of freight while following all applicable regulations, company policies, and customer service standards. Drivers represent Harbinger Freight Services and play an important role in ensuring safe operations, reliable service, cargo security, and customer satisfaction.
Dispatcher
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating the movement of freight, maintaining customer
service standards, ensuring timely communication with drivers and customers, and supporting the
efficient execution of transportation operations. Dispatchers play a critical role in maintaining
shipment visibility, resolving service issues, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the
shipment lifecycle
Freight Broker
The Freight Broker is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, securing
transportation capacity, negotiating freight rates, coordinating the movement of freight, and
ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle. Freight This broker will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal operations while driving revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence through our Certified Partnership Program.
