Dee Lynn Kraft Chief Financial Officer
Paul and Dee Lynn Kraft married in 1983 and started their family shortly after. Along with their three sons, they founded Harbinger in March of 2013. Prior to fulfilling Paul's lifelong dream of owning a family business, he spent 26 years working in the power generation industry. His electrical background and determination to succeed paved the way toward a career as a Predictive Maintenance Engineering Supervisor.
He holds certifications for a journeyman electrician, vibration analyst, infrared thermographer, and static and online motor testing. Prior to Harbinger, Dee Lynn found her greatest purpose in managing her home and investing in the family through various seasons of life. In addition to her love for family, her diverse professional background includes experience in life insurance sales, mortgage brokers, and financial services.
Sean Kraft Director of operations
Sean joined the transportation industry in 2007 and played a vital role in transitioning the family into the industry. Sean began as a driver but had the skills and motivation for more, which advanced him into his role as Operations Manager. Sean has experience in dispatching, customer relations, human resources, and administrative duties. Sean has been married to Kelly since 2007 and they have 3 children: Allie Jo, Hagen, and Barrett.
Michael Kraft Director of Operations
Prior to Harbinger, Michael served our country in the U.S. Navy as a Corpsman in Okinawa, Kuwait, and Afghanistan from 2005–2010. As a veteran, Michael brings a unique and valued perspective to Harbinger. He has experience in truck driving, dispatching, vehicle maintenance, and safety management. Michael has been married to Jenna since 2010 and they have 3 children: Abigail, Caleb, and Daniel.
Justin Kraft sr. logistics Manager
Justin became a CDL driver in 2009, facing harsh conditions in the Rocky Mountains. The challenging terrain he endured created a foundation for him to excel in the industry. His experience has led to knowledge development of all industry rules and regulations, making him an asset to logistics management for Harbinger. Justin has been married to Carrie since 2014.
Carlos Delgadillo Brokerage Manager
Carlos joined the Harbinger Team in 2016 as a class A driver. His positive attitude, eagerness to excel, and attention to detail will serve him well in his new position. Prior to Harbinger, Carlos worked in the construction field in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. He received his Associate's Degree in Business from Okaloosa Walton College.
