Married since 1983 and proud parents of three sons, they transformed their entrepreneurial dream into a thriving logistics company dedicated to serving customers with excellence.
Today, Paul serves as Chairman of the Board and Dee Lynn as a Member of the Board of Directors, providing strategic leadership and guidance as Harbinger continues to grow. Their decades of business experience, unwavering faith, and commitment to strong relationships have helped shape the company's culture and long-term vision.
Together, they have built more than a successful business—they've created a lasting legacy centered on faith, family, service, and a commitment to excellence for their customers, employees, and community.
Sean Kraft Executive Vice President
With nearly two decades of experience in transportation and logistics, Sean has helped shape and grow a thriving operation built on service, integrity, and excellence. Beginning his career behind the wheel in 2007, he developed a deep understanding of the industry through hands-on experience in operations, dispatching, customer relations, human resources, and business management.
Sean's asset-based background has shaped Harbinger's commitment to excellence. Because the company manages its own fleet, he believes every carrier partner should be held to the same high standards of safety, accountability, and service—ensuring customers receive the same exceptional experience, regardless of who is moving their freight.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their four children, Allie Jo, Hagen, Barrett, and McKenna. His dedication to family, leadership, and service reflects the values that define both his personal and professional life.
Michael Kraft Executive Vice President
Mike brings a unique blend of leadership, service, and industry expertise to the transportation sector. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, he served as a Corpsman from 2005 to 2010, with assignments in Okinawa, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. His military service instilled the discipline, resilience, and mission-focused mindset that continue to guide his leadership today.
After leaving the Navy, Michael began his trucking career in 2011, gaining firsthand experience behind the wheel before advancing into operations, dispatching, vehicle maintenance, safety management, and fleet performance. His asset-based experience has shaped his belief that every shipment should receive the same level of care, accountability, and service. Because Harbinger manages its own fleet, he is committed to ensuring customers experience the same high standards of excellence, whether their freight is moved by a Harbinger truck or one of our trusted carrier partners.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenna, and their three children, Abigail, Caleb, and Daniel. His commitment to leadership, service, and family reflects the values that define both his career and his life.
Eddie Trevino Operations Manager
With more than 36 years of experience in the transportation industry, Eddie joined Harbinger in June 2026 as the Operations Manager. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise in transportation operations, logistics, and leadership. His background includes owning and operating his own company, more than a decade as an Operations Supervisor with FedEx, and firsthand experience behind the wheel, giving him a well-rounded perspective on every aspect of the business. Eddie also holds a master's degree in Business.
Eddie is committed to building efficient, dependable operations rooted in accountability, safety, and exceptional service. His extensive asset-based experience has shaped his belief that operational excellence begins with high standards and consistent execution. He is passionate about creating systems and processes that ensure every shipment is handled with the same level of care, reliability, and professionalism customers expect from Harbinger.
Outside of work, Eddie is married to his wife, Tammi, and together they have six children- five daughters and one son. They are active members of Clear Creek Community Church.
Carlos Delgadillo Certified Parnter Program Manager
Carlos has been a key part of the team since 2016, beginning his career as a Class A driver before advancing into a leadership role in logistics and carrier operations. Known for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and customer-first approach, he excels at building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.
With experience spanning transportation, operations, and construction, Carlos brings a well-rounded perspective and a commitment to excellence that continues to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Having worked within an asset-based operation, Carlos understands the level of accountability, safety, and service required to deliver exceptional results. Because Harbinger manages its own fleet, he believes every customer should experience that same standard of excellence, ensuring the quality and reliability customers expect are reflected in every shipment. Carlos is married to Laura, and they are the proud parents of their daughter Olivia.
Matt Resendez Dispatch Manager
Matt has been a valued member of the Harbinger team for nearly three years, serving as the Dispatch Manager. In this role, he oversees daily dispatch operations and works closely with drivers to ensure efficient, dependable service.
With more than 30 years of experience in the trucking industry, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. After earning his CDL in 1999, he spent 20 years as a professional driver before transitioning into dispatch, where he has dedicated the past 10 years. His firsthand experience on the road gives him a unique understanding of the industry and the needs of both drivers and customers.
Matt's asset-based experience has shaped his commitment to dependable service, clear communication, and operational excellence. Because Harbinger manages its own fleet, he believes every load should be executed with the same level of care, accountability, and professionalism that customers expect from a Harbinger truck, ensuring a consistent experience from pickup to delivery.

Noah Lane Safety Compliance Manager
Since joining the Harbinger team in December 2023, Noah has served as the Safety Compliance Manager, overseeing safety compliance, industrial services, human resources, and recruitment. In this role, he is committed to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while supporting both employees and the continued growth of the organization.
Before stepping into his current role, Noah worked as a Project Manager in the custom home construction industry, where he gained valuable experience leading complex projects, coordinating teams, and managing day-to-day operations. His background has equipped him with a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement that continues to benefit Harbinger.
Noah believes that a strong safety culture is the foundation of exceptional service. Because Harbinger manages its own fleet, he is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism across every aspect of the operation, ensuring customers can have confidence in every shipment entrusted to the Harbinger team.
Outside of work, Noah is married to his wife, Caroline, and together they are proud parents to their daughter, Zanna Rae.
